The Office of Airline Information issues accounting and reporting directives to update the reporting air carrier and reportable airport lists, and to clarify the reporting regulations when the need arises. Louis Lambert and Portland International airports are added back to the Reportable Airports List while Pittsburgh International is deleted from the list. Hawaiian Airlines indicates that it will report as a volunteer carrier. Pinnacle Airlines will be required to submit Airline Service Quality Performance Reports, while ATA and Hawaiian Airlines have fallen below the one-percent scheduled domestic passenger revenue threshold and are no longer required to report (14 CFR 234.3). This technical directive replaces Technical Directive #13.
